Prof. Dr. Vuk MIRČETIĆ

Assistant Professor and Head of Center for Project Development at Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance, Serbia

Vuk Mirčetić is an Assistant Professor and a Head of the Center for Project Development at the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance, Serbia. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance and is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade, Serbia. His exceptional performance is evident in both programs, where he passed all the exams and acquired an average grade of 10. Through informal, additional, and lifelong education, he has successfully participated in more than 200 training sessions on various topics organized by eminent domestic and foreign institutions and organizations.

Vuk Mirčetić started his academic career in 2017, teaching at the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance, and then, in the academic year 2019/20, he became a teaching assistant in the narrower scientific field of general management. In 2024, he became assistant professor. Since 2018, he has been a member of the organizing committee and technical editor of the international scientific conference MEFkon, organized by the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance with his co-organizers.

He is a reviewer for several journals: Heliyon, PLOS ONE, Journal of Process Management and New Technologies, Revizor, and Journal of Infrastructure, Policy and Development. Since 2021, he has been the technical editor of the scientific journal Journal of Process Management and New Technologies, and since 2023, he has been a member of the editorial board of the journal Revizor. His research interests mainly include human resource management, leadership, strategic management, management in tourism, innovations and change management.
